Iran Khodro is The biggest car company in IRAN

A: Paint Shop

Cooperation with SAMES company in installation and manufacture  80 robots in paint shop.

In this project we had 10 station master and  we had 8 slave station for each master station . The communication between 10 master station was MPI and between master  with slave was Profibus-DP. For the control’s boost we had 10 PC base that with Ethernet connected to the station.

The controller  was SIEMENS PLC and the software for the HMI was iFIX32

Cooperation with KUKA company in installation and manufacture  240 robots in Body shop.

In this project we had 240 robots for car body assembly. The communication between

Robots and Power panel and control panel was MPI ,Profibus ,Ethernet and Cambus.we had siemens panel and industrial PC For the operating system

Design and make and manufacture a intermix machine for this factory. We use siemens PLC (s7-314) for the controlling and for the operating TP170
